Free D.I.Y. Installations

If you have already purchased or leased SeamLESS software, you can get started with your installation at any time by using your own IT professional or doing it yourself with via SeamLESSwiki.com. See the D.I.Y. Installation article for more information.

Professional Unlimited Support & Installation (additional cost)

Remote assistance and call center support is available through our exclusive parters at Mentor Technologies, INC. Mentor contacts each member to schedule 24-48 hours after their Mentor order confirmation and Mentor SeamLESS questionnaire is received.

Generally your options for scheduling will range from 3-10 business days from that time. The entire installation is handled remotely by an IT professional logging in remotely to your computer. They also have on-site assistance available in most areas.

We recommend all members use Mentor to schedule installation for the greatest value, most expert service, and best experience. If there are any technical issues encountered, you may save significant time and money by using Mentor over hiring a local IT professional who may have limited experience with SeamLESS. Mentor can also serve as a one-stop resource for SeamLESS related support and any installation package comes with 30 days of unlimited remote login and call desk support from 8am-5pm CST. This unlimited call desk and remote login support is also available at a flat monthly or yearly fee after the 30 days.
